These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the " Terms and Conditions ") apply to purchase contracts concluded through the online store at mzdsiluet.com between:

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. By the purchase contract, the seller undertakes to deliver the goods specified in the order and the buyer undertakes to take over the goods and pay the purchase price.
1.2. These terms and conditions govern in particular the procedure for concluding a contract, prices, payments, transport, the right of withdrawal, rights arising from defective performance and other matters.
1.3. The relationship is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and (if the buyer is a consumer) Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

2. Conclusion of the purchase contract

  • The presentation of goods on the website is informative and does not constitute a binding offer.
  • You place your order via the shopping cart on the website; you will see a price summary before sending.
  • Binding order = clicking on the "Order binding for payment" button. You will receive confirmation by e-mail.
  • The contract is concluded upon delivery of the order to the seller, but no later than upon receipt of the goods.
  • The contract can only be concluded in the Czech language.

3. Price and discounts

  • Prices are listed in CZK and are always final.
  • Promo codes and discounts can be applied according to the current promotion; they cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • In the event of an obvious technical error in the price, we are not obliged to deliver the goods at the incorrect price.

4. Payment terms

Payment options:

  • online payment card,
  • cash on delivery,
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay.

💡 We do not charge any payment fees.

  • For cash on delivery, the price is payable upon receipt.
  • For advance payments, the goods are shipped after the amount is credited.

5. Delivery of goods

  • We deliver to the Czech Republic and Europe (EU) .

Shipping and prices:

  • Czech Republic: 79 CZK for orders up to 2,000 CZK, free for orders over 2,000 CZK.
  • Europe (EU): 490 CZK (flat rate).
  • We process orders the next business day.
  • We usually ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days.
  • Out-of-stock goods → we will inform you about the date.
  • Personal collection is not possible.
  • Delivery means the receipt of the goods by the buyer.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

  • The consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Withdrawal by e-mail or via the form, send the goods to the address: Vačkařova 284, 251 01 Dobřejovice .
  • Return the goods undamaged, unworn, in the original packaging . The buyer bears the return costs.
  • We will refund your money within 14 days (at the earliest after receiving the returned goods).
  • It is not possible to withdraw from goods in sealed packaging (e.g. underwear/shapewear).

7. Rights arising from defective performance and warranty

  • For new goods: rights can be exercised within 24 months , for used goods within 12 months .
  • Legal warranty: 24 months unless otherwise stated.
  • We handle complaints within 30 days .
  • Filing a complaint: by e-mail to info@mdzsiluet.com or according to the Complaints Procedure on the website.

  • Registration is voluntary.
  • Keep your access details confidential.
  • The registration data must be true and up-to-date.
  • Accounts that violate legal regulations or good morals may be terminated.

  • Complaints are handled without undue delay, no later than within 30 days .
  • You will be informed of the result by email.

11. Copyright and use of the website

  • The content of the website (texts, photographs, logos, graphics) is protected by copyright.
  • It may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.
  • When using the website, you may not interfere with its functionality or impose an unreasonable burden on it.

  • Terms and conditions can only be changed in writing.
  • The version in effect at the time of conclusion of the contract applies to a specific purchase.
  • The contract is concluded in the Czech language, archived for 5 years, and is not publicly accessible.

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 1 October 2025 .
