The most important measurement is the waist circumference (at the navel level). For full-body shapewear models, the torso length is also important.
If you are unsure, contact us — we will be happy to help you choose the right size.
If you are used to wearing shapewear or corsets, choose your regular size - it will perfectly shape your figure.
But if you're just starting out with such underwear or aren't used to tight compression, we recommend going one size larger for greater comfort.
🔸 How to properly clean body shapers or corsets?
We recommend gentle hand cleaning . Use a soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap or shampoo.
Do not use a washing machine or dryer — do not wring, soak, or dry in direct sunlight .
Allow the product to air dry freely.
🔸 Can I exchange the product?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery .
The condition is that the product is unworn, unwashed and with the original tags .

🔸 What is the difference between a latex corset and a sports bra?
The latex corset provides high compression and a thermal effect — it helps shape the waist and increases sweating in the abdominal area.
Sports compression underwear is lighter, more flexible and suitable for movement, everyday wear and exercise.
🔸 How long should I wear compression underwear daily?
Start with 1-2 hours a day and gradually increase the time according to your comfort level.
The maximum recommended wearing time is 8 hours a day.
Listen to your body — compression underwear should be snug, but never uncomfortably tight.
